Looking for a Few Good Women

Now is an exciting time at Edward Jones as more and more women join our ranks. The individual reason vary, but when asked, most point to the greater independence,

At Edward Jones, it is our continuous goal to match the make-up of our Financial Advisor network to that of the clients we wish to serve. In support of this goal, we have established the Women's Initiative for New Growth Strategies (WINGS) program dedicated to the hiring and career development of women Financial Advisors at Edward Jones.

At it's core, the WINGS program is designed to create a sense of community among women Financial Advisors through volunteer programs and through formal and informal mentoring.
